Visited @kunsthalgent and saw this powerful art work by Jesse Jones. A huge hand coming from above depicted on a 12 meter high transparent curtain. It is the arm of feminist and activist Sylvia Federici. "This giant female arm is kind of a spell that I’m trying to cast, the possibility of a female body in the institutional place.” Perfect combination with the work of Belgian artists Egon Vanherreweghe and Thomas Min. The blue fence is almost an exact replica of the Muscle Fence in Venice Beach LA.
